Returns and Refund

At Lit Lamps Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted terracotta items. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of these products, we enforce a strict return and refund policy as follows:

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales of terracotta products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to):
Change of mind
Size, shape, or color variation
Dissatisfaction with natural texture

These characteristics are a part of the product’s charm and authenticity.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your terracotta item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged product, please:
Email us atΒ contact@litlampsdigital.com with your order number.
Include clear photos or videos showing the damage and the outer packaging.
Retain all original packaging until the case is resolved.
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion. Refunds will only be provided if the product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit.

3. No Refunds Without Proof
We will not process any refund or replacement without proper photographic or video evidence. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

4. Custom or Bulk Orders
All custom-made or bulk terracotta orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. This includes any damages during transit, due to the nature and handling of such orders.
